- Creating the Job Description
Based on the briefing we create a requirement and task profile containing qualification focal points and tasks. The adopted job description is the „screenplay“ for the ensuing search and selection.
Our focal point lies in direct contact. The target companies are known to us through long-standing branch and market knowledge.
- Telephone Contact
The most important requirement points are examined in first telephone conversations and generated in the interest of the candidate.
- Personal Interview
Following the telephone contacts the conversations are evaluated. The most interesting candidates who meet the qualification profile are invited for a personal interview with our consultants. In the interview we check the professional qualifications and character of the candidate.
- Creating Confidential Reports
Candidates who meet the required qualification criteria, are interested and prepared, in principal, for change and are then introduced, in writing, to the client in a confidential report containing the complete application credentials.
- Candidate Selection Consulting
Apart from the written introduction through the report, we are available for our clients for the candidate selection and a personal candidate presentation.
- Candidate Presentation
We organise and present the personal presentation of the candidate for our clients.
- Selection/Decision Process/ Assessment Centre Support.
If our client so wishes we organise an optional Assessment Centre to support the decision making through a specified assessment by the candidate. We stand by both the client and the candidate during the whole selection/decision making process with consultation, and through our neutrality have a positive influence in this very sensitive phase of the project (salary negotiations, notice terms etc.)
- Appointment and Integration
After mutual signing of the contract we maintain contact with our candidate and are always available for any questions. This, of course applies during the trial period and afterwards.
